Weather conditions for the latest Haven angling club match were quite pleasant considering there was a massive storm on the way.
Once again, most members went for the relative comfort of Fishguard breakwater.
The fishing was about the norm for March and once back at the scales members enjoyed hotdog and chips.
The weigh-in did not take long, and in first place was Chris Daines.
Chris had three different species combined with his weight to give him a total of 19 points.
Also on 19 points, but with less weight, was the Tesco Tornado Derek Gregory. This moved Derek to the top of the table.
Third place went to last year's champion angler Sheila Sear. She managed three different species giving her 16 points, moving her steadily up the table.
Once again the junior prize was won by Josh George with a couple of mini species.
One member who did manage to find a bit of shelter and land a magnificent double figure bull huss was Sandra Thompson, once again showing hubby Tommo how it is done, as she took the heaviest fish prize.
